The UN17 Village in Ørestad, Copenhagen, is a pioneering real estate development by NREP that integrates all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its design. The project focuses on sustainability, including upcycled materials, renewable energy, water reuse, and healthy living spaces. Once completed in 2024, it will house around 1,100 residents in five buildings, featuring innovations like Denmark’s largest energy community and extensive rainwater collection.
