Definition:
Net investment income represents the net operational income of a vehicle, on an accrual basis, containing the income and cost items described in the INREV Performance Measurement module. This excludes any capital transactions or movements in the reported period, including valuation gains or losses on assets and liabilities, transaction costs, sale proceeds and taxes on capital profits and losses.
