Since 2019, 49 newly launched vehicles have been added to the INREV Vehicles Universe with a total combined GAV of €14.0 billion as at the end of Q3 2021.
Key highlights:
- The INREV Vehicles Universe features 528 vehicles with a combined total net asset value (NAV) of €317.0 billion and a gross asset value (GAV) of €415.6 billion
- Since the Q2 2021 publication, 23 new vehicles were added to the Universe, whilst 15 liquidated vehicles were removed
- With 32 out of the 49 in total, vehicles with a core strategy represent the majority of the youngest vintages in the Universe
