This consultation release of the INREV European ODCE Index includes 14 funds which represent a gross asset value (GAV) of €34.9 billion.
Key highlights for the INREV European ODCE Index Q4 2020:
- The Gross Asset Value (GAV) of the 14 ODCE participating funds grew to €34.9 billion at the end of 2020.
- The Q4 2020 total return of 1.19% was a notable improvement on the weaker Q1-Q3 results.
- The industrial/logistics and residential sectors grew their shares of the Index over the last two quarters, while office and retail showed a slight decrease.

The Index is wholly comprised of open end core commingled equity real estate funds that have a strategy to invest across pan Europe and across multiple sectors. Funds must comply with a strict eligibility criteria for four consecutive quarters in a row to be included in the index.
