Yesterday's joint INREV/AREF/IPF UK Funds Review briefing explored some of the details of the proposed new PIF (CS) and LTAF fund structures and focused on how the introduction of these new vehicles could allow greater choice in UK domiciled indirect investment vehicles could benefit the real estate investment industry. The briefing also looked into other aspects of the Review, including timing, synergies between the proposed structures and the important role of constructive feedback for the outcome of the call for input consultation.
