Swedish private equity firm Niam has acquired a 7300 square metres office property, situated in Greater Copenhagen, with Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company as the exclusive tenant. The seller is Danish pension fund Industriens Pension and the acquisition price is DKK 130 million (€17.4 million). Barings expands Swedish residential portfolio with 264- home project

Barings has invested an unspecified amount on behalf of a private insurance client to acquire a 264-home project in Sweden’s capital from Innovation Properties.
