Nordic real estate investor Nrep has acquired Clarion Hotel Stockholm, one of the largest hotels in Sweden's capital city, from Aspelin-Ramm Fastigheter. Norges Bank Investment Management has agreed to acquire a 65 percent interest in the office component of the property Les Ateliers Gaité, located in central Paris, through its partnership with Swiss Life Group.
