ABP and Greystar add 560 homes to Dutch essential housing venture

The Dutch Essential Housing Venture, a joint venture between Netherlands’ largest pension fund ABP and Greystar , has added 560 newly constructed homes in The Hague to its portfolio. DWS has acquired a €97.5m apartment scheme in Ireland from local developer Park Developments in a forward purchase deal.
