Nordic private equity real estate investor Slättö has invested SEK 3.1 billion (€270 million) on behalf of a new value-add fund to buy a 40% stake in a student housing portfolio in Sweden. Real estate investor Nrep has expanded its residential portfolio in Sweden’s capital with the acquisition of two apartment complexes from Magnolia Bostad.
