Up-to-date vehicle data is essential to increase transparency, reduce investment barriers and promote a mature and accessible investment branch. The INREV Guidelines provide standard requirements and best practices for data delivery to align investors’ and managers’ interests worldwide.
INREV research provides industry data and benchmarks, reveals trends and analyses the industry’s development. Cooperation is necessary to ensure our research is representative of the whole industry.
INREV provides members with a suite of analytical tools to undertake peer group performance and fees analysis, compile information on individual vehicles and view details on fund manager companies, tax and regulatory issues.
Provide data via the Vehicle Data Input Tool.
Managers are encouraged to provide INREV with updated vehicle and financial performance data for inclusion in the INREV Vehicle Universe and the INREV Index, within eight weeks of the end of each calendar quarter. Managers are also encouraged to submit fund-level data on the INREV Standard Data Delivery Sheet, which includes all the data required for performance measurement together with additional data allowing for further industry benchmarking.
