Also known as debt arrangement fees, these fees are charged by the investment manager for services rendered in arranging debt financing for asset purchases or financing at the vehicle or other special purpose entity level of the holding structure. This fee is separate from any arrangement costs paid to the debt provider or external party such as a broker.
