Weighted average cost of debt
Definition:
The interest rate on each external debt instrument in the vehicle weighted by the size of such instruments.
Interest costs (including debt amortisation and lending fees) of third party debt weighted by the nominal value of such instruments. This excludes shareholders' loans and lease liabilities.
