Private Place Memorandum (“PPM”) – A document that outlines the terms of the real estate investment vehicle to be offered in private placements. The document resembles a business plan in content and structure which includes but is not limited to a formal description of the investment opportunity, fees, capital structure, historical track record of the investment advisor, risk factors and a summary of the management team.
