What is the conference fee?

Attendance of this conference is free of charge. However, INREV arranges accommodation for all attending representatives based outside of Austria. Use of this accommodation is mandatory for the night of 19 November 2024. Delegates are kindly asked to settle the payment directly to the hotel before departure. The bedroom rate is €265 per night including breakfast.

How many guaranteed seats does my company have?

Investment managers, investment banks, and service providers are guaranteed one seat per membership.   

Investor and multi manager members are guaranteed two seats per membership.

These seats are guaranteed until Friday, 4 October, 17:00 CET. No confirmations will be sent out before this date and time.

Do you process registrations on a first come, first served basis?

No. We offer all our members the opportunity to register for their guaranteed seat(s) until Friday, 4 October, 17:00 CET. No confirmations will be sent out before this date and time.

Do you offer personal seats?

Yes. The following individual representatives are entitled to a personal seat:   

  • Management Board members   
  • Committee members 

These seats are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.

When will I receive my confirmation?

We aim to send out the first batch of confirmation emails during the week of 7 October.

When can I book my travel to Vienna?

We recommend waiting to book your travel until you have received your official confirmation. However, if you are certain of being confirmed—for example, you have a personal guaranteed seat or a corporate guaranteed seat and you have registered before the deadline of 4 October —you may book your travel, but you do so at your own risk.

What if we want to register more people?

It is possible to register additional representatives for the Autumn Conference. However, these members can only register for the waiting list. You can indicate that you are registering for a waiting list seat via the registration form.  

Can you make any exceptions on the number of seats?

Unfortunately, we cannot. It is our policy to ensure all members have an equal opportunity to attend the Autumn Conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy and no-show policy

  • There is no charge for cancellations until 25 October 2024 17:00 CET.
  • Cancellations received after 25 October 2024 17:00 CET will be charged the full cancellation fee of €750
  • Participants who do not show up at the event (no show), will be charged a €750 no-show fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate changes in plans. However, we want to inform you that INREV has entered into contracts and agreements with various service providers and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of this events.

Therefore cancellations, regardless of the circumstances or reason, received after 25 October 17:00 CET will be charged the full cancellation fee of €750.

Can I register on behalf of someone else?

No, the person who wishes to register must be logged into their individual account to do so. 

I am on the waiting list. When can I expect an update?

We aim to inform those on the waiting list if their registration has been successful or not from 4 March onwards. 

Is the waiting list on a first come, first served basis?

No. Allocation of seats from the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion to ensure the attendees list reflects the overall membership.
