Trends in Investor Reporting: participate in the study

Evaluate your fund compliance with the INREV Guidelines and compare it against industry peers by participating in this year's study on Trends in Investor Reporting. This study is carried out in collaboration with PwC Luxembourg.

Receive expert financial advice on ensuring effective reporting to investors and gain insights into governance and real estate business operations including ESG trends, technology and regulatory aspects.

How to participate

  1. Login and go to the Vehicles Dashboard
  2. Select Create Vehicle or View assessments for your vehicle(s)
  3. Complete each of the marked assessments*
  4. Mark the completed assessment as “Final” to ensure they count towards the Overall score.
  5. Upload a PDF of your latest audited annual report, and optionally the latest interim report, via the upload button in the Vehicle Dashboard or by emailing it toprofessional.standards@inrev.org.

Complete the assessments and submit your annual or interim report by 9 October 2024 to receive personalised feedback on your reporting framework.

If your company has participated before, your prior answers are secured in the Vehicle Dashboard - simply review and update as needed. Please note that certain Guidelines were updated in the last two years, and the latest assessments should be filled in.

When will the results be released?

The results of the review are expected to be released end of November 2024, with exclusive advice on enhancing compliance with the latest INREV Guidelines in the following weeks.
