Brand new ESG case studies

We are pleased to share three new ESG case studies from our members and partners, showing an ambitious approach to social sustainability and net zero carbon emissions.

NREP / Urban Partners – UN17 village
The UN17 village contributes to all the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in one project, serving as an open laboratory for the global goals. This residential project challenges the status quo in a holistic way that seeks new standards and partnerships with an ambition to increase social, environmental and economic sustainability.

LGIM – Community Impact Dolphin Centre
This project illustrates what can be achieved through embedding a place-based impact lens alongside a forward-thinking, proactive asset management strategy. It highlights how positive social outcomes can support desirable commercial outcomes, rather than representing an either/or situation.

Deerns - World’s first energy-neutral factory for Innocent
With the strategic implementation of BREEAM-NL New Construction 'Outstanding' and WELL 'Platinum' certifications, guided by Deerns, the Innocent industrial complex is the world’s first energy-neutral factory.
