Enhanced INREV SDDS: A clearer lens on investor reporting

We are delighted to introduce the enhanced INREV Standard Data Delivery Sheet (SDDS) and a brand new ESG SDDS.  

Just as the INREV Guidelines continually evolve to match industry trends and investor demands, our standardised templates have been revised to remain relevant, practical, and helpful in today's dynamic market.

So what has changed?

Our revised SDDS not only reflects the latest content of the INREV Guidelines but it is also aligned with global terminology and definitions. Furthermore, it incorporates a brand-new asset-level data section, offering more comprehensive reporting capabilities.

The SDDS revision focused on the following input sheets:

• Key Vehicle Terms
• Vehicle Level Data
• Investor Level Data
• Asset Level Data – NEW
• Portfolio Allocation

Industry players can start using the SDDS as part of the next reporting cycle. To help with your implementation the SDDS is accompanied by a change log and a user guide including how to configure the settings for each spreadsheet and fill out the data points.
