One advantage of the non-listed real estate market is that it offers investors liquidity through open-ended vehicles or secondary trading. This evolving part of the market gives investors opportunities to access, diversify and rebalance their portfolios more easily. They can also access information about pricing and transparency to make better-informed investment decisions. This new one-day Secondary Markets and Liquidity course will give you a better understanding of the different aspects required to manage liquidity from both an investor's and manager’s perspective.

Learning goals

Our new Secondary Markets and Liquidity course will cover the range of liquidity options that investors and investment managers use through redemptions and secondary transactions. You’ll also learn about market trends for liquidity needs, investor behaviour, pricing and valuation, as well as legal and governance considerations. 

This one-day course is taught by leading industry experts and includes case studies and opportunities for interactive discussions based on real-life applications.

  • Overview of the secondaries market
  • Liquidity considerations in open-ended funds
  • Pricing, underwriting and valuing secondaries
  • Governance and legal trends
