The 3.48% total return registered in Q1 2022 was primarily driven by a capital growth (2.63%). The latest results are only 138 bps lower than the 4.86% reported in Q4 2021, albeit a considerable improvement on the 1.27% recorded in Q1 2021.

Driven by the strong performance of the industrial/logistics sector, the UK delivered the strongest quarterly performance across the main markets, with a total return of 4.56%. Dutch assets follow, returning a robust 3.88%. Germany posted a total return of 2.84%, while France delivered a healthy 2.27%.

Industrial/logistics assets maintain the lead across the sectors with total return of 6.25%, while retail assets deliver their fourth consecutive quarter of positive performance at 2.27%.
