Dutch real estate investor Altera Vastgoed has announced the hire of Jeroen Post as asset management retail.
Post, aged 31, has taken up his duties with effect from 1 January 2022. He joins Altera from Wereldhave, where he worked for several years as leasing manager. Prior to that he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Peters & Van der Vloodt.
Post has over six years’ experience in areas including value optimisation, the letting process and the operation of various real estate portfolios.
The appointment is in line with the growth strategy of Altera in the convenience retail sector.
