Areim continues its growth in the Nordics and is now opening an office in Copenhagen. Peter Frische has been recruited to the new role as Head of Denmark. Peter joined Areim on 3 January and will be responsible of Areim’s Danish business platform.
Peter comes with 25+ years in the Danish Real Estate Market, most recently as an Associated Partner at EY. He has previous experience with companies such as Industriens Pension, Norrporten, and Sadolin & Albæk A/S. Peter will lead the Danish business from the newly opened office in Copenhagen.
“I am delighted to join Areim in this new role. Acting in the Danish real estate investment market for the last 25+ years, both as Head of Real Estate investments for Institutional Investors and as Partner in Real Estate Corporate Finance and consultancy houses, I hope I can add to the understanding of the Danish real estate market from both sides of the table. I really look forward to opening up our office in Copenhagen and to being part of building up our Danish business platform.” says Peter Frische, Head of Denmark at Areim.
Areim’s investment strategy includes value add real estate investments, mainly within the multiuser city properties, office, light industrial, data center, residential, and retail segments. In Denmark, the focus of those investments is Copenhagen, and in growth cities and regions outside Copenhagen.
“To be able to fully carry out our investment strategy in the Nordic region, it is an important piece of the puzzle to also have an office in Denmark. The ambition is to build a local platform in the same successful way as we have done in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. We are really pleased that Peter has joined us to start that journey. He will not only contribute with his broad experience and deep expertise but also with his warm personality and energy that we will greatly enjoy.” says Therese Rattik, CEO at Areim.
Areim has 75+ employees working in the offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and London.
