New guidance notes for INREV DDQ users

In January 2024, we released an updated INREV Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) to reflect the latest market and regulatory developments.

The updates integrate ESG issues across all stages of due diligence and include new questions on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, as well as IT, Cyber, and Physical Security processes.

To help members provide consistent and comprehensive responses, we are now offering detailed guidance notes for completing the INREV DDQ.

These notes focus on the open-ended questions, providing advice on:

  • Word count
  • Specific areas to cover, and how to avoid repetition
  • Practical examples for your reference

This support is designed to streamline your due diligence process and ensure clarity and thoroughness in your responses, ultimately facilitating better communication with investors.
