At the beginning of 2022, INREV updated the Performance Measurement module of the INREV Guidelines, as part of phase one of the Guidelines Review Project. Starting with reporting periods ending on or after 31 December 2022, the updated module will be required to claim compliance with the INREV Guidelines.
To help you with this transition, here are a few practical examples that may be useful.
Don’t forget the journey does not end here. Behind the scenes we have been busy working with the committees and advisory councils to update the property valuation and reporting module to create a new module for sustainability. You will be hearing more about these in September and have the chance to voice your opinion during an seven-week consultation period.
