German Vehicles Index keeps the pace

The All German Vehicle Index returned 1.19% over Q1 2020, according to the results of the INREV German Vehicles Quarterly Index Q1 2020. 

Key highlights of the INREV German Vehicles Quarterly Index Q1 2020:

  • The All German Vehicle Index recorded a stable total return of 1.19% over the first quarter of 2020, from 1.20% over Q4 2019
  • Spezialfonds posted a total return of 1.48% over Q1 2020 against 1.01% for Publikumsfonds 
  • Early signs of the effects of COVID-19 were mainly visible in vehicles with Global or Germany only strategies
  • Retail focus vehicles recorded the lowest performance among single sector strategies
