Investor Data Sharing Tool
In our mission for greater transparency, this tool enables seamless, secure performance data exchange between investors and investment managers, improving collaboration on the INREV Data Platform. Using the INREV Data Platform as an infrastructure for data sharing functionality concerns data that is already provided to INREV by a manager as input data for calculations of indices. It therefore ensures consistency in performance calculation methodology, leading to a like-for-like standardised comparison, analytics and investor portfolio aggregation.

A new and improved way to navigate the INREV Data Platform, featuring:

• At-a-glance overview: gain insights into your organisation’s assets, vehicles, and users.
• Tasks and notifications: stay on top of upcoming action items and updates.
• Data event calendar: never miss a data collection deadline or publication date.

Enhanced permissions and data access
Say goodbye to role-based limitations. Our permission-based Data Platform model offers tailored access across products and vehicles. We also introduced the ‘organisation administrator’ role, giving companies more control over their team’s access.

Fund template upload
We've made it easier to report fund performance data to INREV with a new Excel template for uploading periodic performance data, easing the reporting burden. This complements the already existing Asset level data upload template.

What’s coming soon?

Performance contribution and attribution analysis: 
Download two new asset exports to better understand the drivers of performance via contribution and attribution analysis. This functionality is available to all INREV members providing asset level data.

Asset-to-fund level reconciliation:
Understand the impact of leverage, currency, tax, and more. You will be able to align property level and fund level returns effortlessly with downloadable Excel exports.

IRR analysis tool:
Take control of your data with this flexible tool to analyse and compare performance in the closed end segment of the non-listed real estate market. Slice, dice, compare and create customised indices to understand the closed end market and your investments better.

Each of these enhancements is designed with your needs in mind, helping you achieve more with less effort.
