Valor Real Estate Partners and QuadReal Property’s European logistics investment partnership has acquired a newly developed logistics asset in the Netherlands from Van Dijk Groep.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 6,000 square metres property in Hoofddorp, completed in the third quarter of 2024, is fully leased to Kerry Logistics for a seven-year term.
