Urban Partners announced the divestment of six modern care and nursing homes in Sweden on behalf of Nordic Strategies Fund III (NSF III). The portfolio has been acquired by Northern Horizon through its Aged Care Social Infrastructure Fund (ACSIF).
The portfolio comprises approximately 27,000 square metres and more than 370 care units across the Stockholm region and southern Sweden. The assets were completed between 2019 and 2021 and have been fully operational and stabilised for several years.
