International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its office agency team in Italy with the appointment of Eros Chiodoni, who joins with immediate effect as head of office leasing.
This follows the recent hire of Marcello Maione and Paolo De Lorenzis in January 2023 who established Savills Italy’s office leasing offer in the country.
Chiodoni, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the office sector in Milan and wider Italy market, has worked for several real estate companies throughout his career, including CBRE, UnipolSai, JLL and Prelios and also formerly at Savills Italy in the agency team. He holds a degree in architecture from Milan Polytechnic and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
