Savills has appointed Robert Ciggaar as associate director in the Dutch residential & hotel investment team as of the 1st of May. Ciggaar will focus on buying and selling residential, healthcare and student housing assets, including existing buildings as well as new developments. Ciggaar has spent the past several years as director of asset management at Certitudo Capital. He also gained experience at LoneStar, Hudson Advisors, Propertize and PingProperties, working on developments, commercial asset management and transactions.
