European real estate investment manager Europa Capital has appointed Radina Koleva as senior associate for portfolio & asset management.
Based in Paris and reporting to managing director Diederik Bakker, Koleva will support the asset management of open-ended core fund, the Europa Diversified Income Fund (EDIF), in addition to Europa Capital’s value add funds.
With nearly a decade of experience in European real estate management, she joins from QNB Capital where she co-managed a €600 mln portfolio of core and value-add commercial real estate in France.
Previously, as real estate senior analyst at Resolute Asset Management she advised commercial banks in Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus on managing their portfolios and collateralised non-performing loans.

Koleva holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and a CISI International certificate in Wealth & Investment Management.
