Real estate investor Altera announces that on 17 April 2025, Patrick Groenendijk was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Altera Management B.V. and Altera Vastgoed B.V.
Roelie van Wijk, who joined the Supervisory Board of Altera in 2020, stepped down from her role as a Supervisory Board member on the same date.
Patrick Groenendijk brings more than 25 years’ experience in the institutional marketplace to Altera. In 2022, he joined AllianceBernstein as Head of Benelux Institutions from PGGM, where he was Principal Fiduciary Advice. During his career, he held various senior positions in the financial sector, including at Shell Asset Management Company, Northern Trust Asset Management, Pensioenfonds Vervoer (Pension Fund for the Transport Sector) and Pensioenfonds PME (PME Pension Fund).
