NREP, the urban investment specialist, has promoted Toke Clausen to partner as it continues to bolster its leadership team to support the business’ growth. Clausen’s promotion follows a pivotal period of expansion for NREP, which has entered new geographies and business areas in recent years.
Clausen has been with NREP since 2015, serving in various senior investment roles over the past eight years, the latest of which has seen him head up the business’ newest real estate segment, office.
Clausen has been key to the growth and strategic direction of NREP’s office division, which includes its Woods flexible workspace brand, amassing an 800.000 sqm portfolio of nearly 100 assets, managed by a team of 33 people. He joined NREP from Boston Consulting Group.
