La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) acquired a portfolio of 38 Grand Frais stores located in mainland France as part of a share deal with a valuation of the real estate assets of approximately €190 million from Abénex, acting for the investor account.
The portfolio had previously been acquired in 2016 by an OPPCI managed by Abénex, as part of a proprietary transaction. The team ensured the pro-active management of the 38 stores since the acquisition, in particular by maximizing the exploitation of the land potential and by optimizing the modes of ownership. This portfolio, totalling 74,956 square metres including 33,026 square metres of sales area.
