La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) has acquired an office building in Bochum, Germany from Landmarken. La Française REM, acting on behalf of its funds, said it has bought the six-storey office building located at Suttner-Nobel-Allee 7 for an undisclosed amount. The fully leased 5,290 metres squared building was completed at the end of 2022.
