Henderson Park, the private equity real estate firm headquartered in London, announces that it has let nearly half of the iconic Los Cubos office building in Madrid to Kyndryl, the world’s largest provider of IT infrastructure services with thousands of business customers in more than 60 countries. Kyndryl has agreed a long term lease and will relocate its Spanish headquarters to Los Cubos.
Kyndryl will occupy the property’s first four floors, including a 1,000 square metres private terrace. Kyndryl’s employees will also benefit from access to the building’s numerous communal spaces, which include additional outside terraces, 3,500 square metres of green spaces, a restaurant, a padel court, gym and changing rooms as part of a rich wider amenity offering.
