The European business has also seen AUM rise from €6.7 billion and an operating portfolio of 2.7 million square metres as at 31 December 2019, to a total AUM of €15.4 billion with an operating portfolio of 8.8 million square metres as at 31 March 2023.

Prior to joining GLP, Ben spent 15 years at The Berkeley Group where he held various senior finance roles. Ben is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
