Garbe has acquired a 16,000 square meters newly built Dutch logistics facility in a sale-and-leaseback deal on behalf of a new core institutional investment mandate.
The asset manager has invested an unspecified sum to acquire the asset in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Netherlands, leased back to Sluyter Logistics.
The transaction has provided the seed asset for Garbe’s new institutional core logistics mandate, which is targeting high-quality assets across the Netherlands and Germany, the manager said.
