Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Amanda Stevenson as head of Investor Strategy within its ESG Consultancy team.
Stevenson joins from Adapt Sustainability Consulting Limited, a boutique sustainability consultancy offering ESG services to real estate, asset management and technology companies.
In her role as founder and director, she was responsible for developing a holistic ESG strategy service offering that focused on identifying ESG initiatives that would improve performance, minimize risk and ultimately support a client’s overarching business strategy. She has led projects to develop net-zero carbon programmes and has extensive experience preparing leading client responses to ESG disclosures such as CDP and GRESB.
Prior to this, she served as the head of Sustainability at a prime Central London REIT, Capital & Countries Properties Limited, where she managed the implementation of the sustainability strategy across standing assets at Covent Garden and the development portfolio.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading and managing the UK Investor Strategy ESG team, focusing on delivering sustainability initiatives for CBRE’s extensive funds and investor clients. In addition, she will be advising clients on climate transition plans, identifying, managing and reporting climate risks, and compiling disclosures with TCFD and SFDR.
