CapMan’s Nordic Property Income Fund has announced the sale of Tonsbakken 12–14, a warehouse property situated in Skovlunde, greater Copenhagen, Denmark, for an undisclosed amount.
The fund acquired the property in 2018 and is selling it now for redevelopment to two separate parties, Nordic data centre services company atNorth and Danish property developer Propreco.
