Albert Bauchinger (41) will take up his new role in March 2022 and join the experienced Munich asset management team at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Germany (BNP Paribas REIM), overseeing accounts in the Munich and Frankfurt markets.
In his new position, Albert Bauchinger will primarily focus on the sustainable, digital and proactive management of assets in those regions, particularly in light of ESG criteria (environmental, social, governance), and will act as a point of contact for tenants and clients. He will also be acting as a key account manager for BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management with the aim of maintaining and expanding the long-standing, fruitful business relationship.

To achieve this goal, BNP Paribas REIM is following an internal ESG roadmap that puts environmental, social and governance criteria more firmly at the heart of the investment and management process.
Albert Bauchinger has over 10 years of experience in real estate asset management. Prior to joining BNP Paribas REIM, he worked as a senior asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management and as an asset manager at Hannover Leasing. Albert Bauchinger holds a degree in real estate asset management from the International Real Estate Business School.
