INREV's management board guides the association’s strategy. The management board meets regularly to discuss and address industry developments. Many management board members also participate in INREV’s committees and working groups.

Martin Lemke is managing director of AM alpha Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and responsible for asset management, portfolio management and the platform in Asia.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, he has in-depth expertise in strategic and operational portfolio enhancement, fund and asset management as well as acquisition of commercial real estate.
Before joining AM alpha in 2013 he held managing director positions for over 14 years within PATRIZIA Immobilien AG where he headed PATRIZIA‘s commercial real estate activities as managing director of PATRIZIA GewerbeInvest KAG with responsibility for more than €4.5 billion assets under management worldwide. Martin managed international segregated accounts for leading European pensions. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, he held executive positions in well-known wealth management consultancies in Suisse.
Martin has a professorship at Deutsche-Immobilien-Akademie at University Freiburg.

Rob Wilkinson is Chief Executive Officer for AEW in Europe with overall responsibility for management and strategy, and is Chairman of the European Investment Committee.
Prior to being appointed European CEO in 2014, Rob held the position of Chief Investment Officer and, since joining the firm in 2009, has overseen over €25 billion of transactions.
He has considerable experience of real estate transactions, having sourced and executed a range of portfolio, corporate and restructuring transactions across Europe.
Rob has over 26 years of real estate and financial services experience, and previously held senior positions with the Goodman Group, UBS Investment Banking and Eurohypo, has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Grainger plc.
Rob holds a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified chartered accountant.

John Ravoisin has been an Audit and Advisory Partner at PwC Luxembourg since 2009.
As Audit Partner he oversees complex multi-border consolidation audit engagements under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, a number of which are trading under INREV NAV. As Advisory Partner he supervises the valuations team which performs over 1,500 worldwide real estate valuation reviews to support the audit process as well as ad-hoc requests for specific valuations.
John graduated from Solvay Business School (ULB) in Belgium and is actively involved in INREV (treasurer and Board member) and NEOMA Business School.

Jaap previously worked as managing director investor relations at Syntrus Achmea RE & Finance from 2013 until 2016, as senior head Northern Europe at AXA Real Assets from 2008 until 2013, as director investor relations at Achmea Vastgoed from 2002 until 2008. Before this he held various senior management positions at Achmea Pensions & Insurance, PVF pension fund service provider, employee benefits service provider for industry sectors and UWV social security.
He has been member and Chair of the INREV Due Diligence Committee between 2013 and 2019; member of the INREV Fund Manager Advisory Council (FMAC) since 2020, and member of the INREV Operation Real Estate Committee since 2023.

Alberto Agazzi is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Generali Real Estate SGR since 2015.
GRE SGR is the real estate investment management company of the Generali Group, managing more than 20 real estate funds, with an AUM of €18 billion, focused on the main Global Markets in equity and debt transactions. Alberto joined the Generali Group in 2005 as an investment manager for the Italian real estate portfolio.
In 2009 he became Head of Fund Management for Generali Real Estate SGR, before taking over as the Managing Director of Generali Real Estate – Italy four years later. Prior to joining Generali, he had worked in the real estate advisory team of Mediobanca, and as a project manager for an engineering company. Alberto holds a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and a Degree in Building Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.

Amilcar Grot is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the International Real Estate unit at Achmea Investment Management.
He is responsible for portfolio management, due diligence of new investments, monitoring of existing investments, and market research. Prior to joining Achmea Investment Management, Amilcar worked as a Portfolio Manager at Blue Sky Group where he was responsible for managing the global real estate portfolio of the KLM pension funds.
Amilcar sat on the AFIRE Board, was previously the Chair of the INREV Due Diligence Committee and is a member of the INREV Investor Advisory Council.
Amilcar holds an MBA from the London Business School and has earned the CFA designation.

Jenny Buck is Chief Investment Officer at Tesco responsible for all asset classes including equities, fixed income, private markets as well as real estate. Jenny has 31 years investment experience, 20 years of which has been in real estate. Her experience includes working at Grosvenor where she worked on its London estate, working for a bank doing property lending and nearly 10 years at Schroders where she gained global real estate experience. Her last nine years have been with Tesco, where her role has widened from real estate to all private markets and now CIO.
She is passionate about education and giving young people an opportunity. She is also particularly interested in “practical” responsible investing and thinking about how the investment management industry needs to rapidly evolve with technology.

Jessica Hardman performs two primary responsibilities at DWS; CEO for the DWS UK, with over 400 staff across Passive, Active and Alternative investing, the UK business is a centre of excellence for DWS's key investment capabilities.
Jessica also undertakes the role of Head of European Portfolio Management at DWS, based in London, focusing on an international client base overseeing European and global real estate portfolios from core to value-add strategies. The suite of products includes European diversified and sector specific strategies via co-mingled funds and separately managed accounts. Previously, she was the Head of UK Real Estate Transactions and has overseen over €10.5 bn of transactions during her career at DWS. She managed the investment team covering all real estate sectors, as well as building major separate account relationships with an Asian client base. Hardman is CEO of DWS Investment UK Limited, board member for DWS Alternatives (Global) Ltd, a member of DWS Global leadership team and Global Investment leadership team, and a voting member of the European Investment Real Estate Committee. She joined DWS in 2004. Jessica will also become President of the British Property Federation (BPF) in 2024.

Keith is a founding Partner and Managing Partner of ATOZ.
A tax professional since 1988, Keith has experience in advising international groups on the design and implementation of global tax strategies. He is actively involved in several key tax international bodies including the OECD’s TRACE BAG. Keith is chairman of the Luxembourg chapter of IFA, chair of the ALFI Tax Commission, vice-chair of Digital Europe's Tax Committee and member of other Luxembourg advisory and industry bodies. Keith is also a Tax and board member.
Keith is a regular author and speaker at professional and academic conferences. He studied law then qualified as a Tax Adviser and a Chartered Accountant in Ireland and Luxembourg, and has completed numerous post-qualification lifelong learning education programmes.

Lucy Fletcher is a Fund Manager within CBRE Investment Management’s Indirect Private Real Estate team. Based in Boston, Lucy is responsible for fund performance and strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE IM in 2024, Lucy was Managing Director, Global Head of Portfolio Management at QuadReal Property Group for over seven years. Her responsibilities included portfolio construction and strategy, liquidity and capital allocations, portfolio impact analysis, performance analytics and identification of key investment risks across the firm’s $77.6 billion real estate equity and debt global investment portfolio.
Lucy has over 25 years’ experience in global real estate, and previously held senior roles at JLL in Chicago, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and New Star Asset Management in Asia Pacific. She began her career in 1999.
Lucy earned a master’s degree in architectural design from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate diploma from South Bank University in London, U.K.
Lucy is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Minna Merilainen is currently responsible for real estate investments and infrastructure debt investments on behalf of CNP Assurances SA, a major French life insurance company.
Prior to joining CNP in 2012, Minna held various senior-level positions within other large European insurance companies, international asset managers and advisory firms in Paris, London, New York and Chicago. Minna holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investments degree from New York University, as well as an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.” She is also a member of “Cercle de Femmes d’Immobilier” in Paris and a member of the INREV Investment Advisory Council.

Rainer Komenda is Head of Real Estate Investment Management for Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK). Before joining BVK in 2003 he worked for different real estate companies in the environment of development, transactions, project management and general management.
Rainer has more than thirty years of real estate expertise and holds an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.
Bayerische Versorgungskammer is the competence and service center for occupational and communal pension schemes and Germany´s largest pension scheme group under public law. As a public authority of the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior, it is the joint executive body of twelve liberal professions´ and communal pension schemes. Bayerische Versorgungskammer covers about 2.4 million insured persons in total, with contributions of € 5.0 billion and about € 3.6 billion pension payments annually. It currently has € 107 billion assets under management and more than 1,350 employees.

Ray Adderley is Managing Director, Investment Governance & Oversight at Nuveen Real Estate. With over 20 years’ real estate investment management experience, Ray currently performs an investment management oversight role across Nuveen Real Estate ensuring that the investment process and performance culture is globally consistent. Ray joined the company in 1998 and works closely with the investment and finance teams to help the business deliver good investment performance outcomes for its clients. He is a member of the European & Asia Pacific Investment and Real Estate Debt Investment Committees, Executive Risk and Compliance Committee, Pricing Committee and Product Committee.
Ray was previously Chair of the INREV Performance Measurement Committee, and is currently a member of the INREV Guidelines Steering Committee.
