The INREV community comprises of over 500 corporate members with over 25% of them being investor members; giving you plenty of opportunities  to discuss and learn from your peers.

All investor and fund of fund manager members will have full access to the Asset Level Analysis tool, meaning they can craft tailor-made indices and compare selections of assets or market segment-specific sectors or across the broader market landscape.

Membership Fees

All members gain direct access for unlimited number of employees to the exclusive member-only sections of our website, receive our newsletters, have access to INREV publications and analysis tools and receive invitations to INREV events and training courses. Annual membership fees:

Small Investor Membership
Full fee: €5,700
Introductory fee: €3,500

The small investor fee is available to investors with real estate AUM <€ 1 billion. The full membership fee is €5,700 annually which is inflation indexed. The reduced Introductory fee is €3,500 annually for the first 24 months.reduced membership fee is €2,500 annually for the first 24 months.

Large Investor Membership
Full fee: €14,300
Introductory fee: €5,000

The large investor fee is available to investors with real estate AUM => € 1 billion. The full membership fee is €14,300 annually, which is inflation indexed. The reduced Introductory fee is €5,000 annually for the first 24 months. 

Introductory Membership Fee


An Introductory Membership Fee is available to investors, according to the INREV investor definition except fund of funds/multi manager or organisations that previously held an INREV membership for the first 24 months. Investors during an introductory fee period are entitled to the same membership benefits as full investor members. The reduced membership fee is €3,500 and €5,000 annually for the first 24 months for small and large investors respectively. After which the full Investor-membership fee applies.
