INREV ASPIRE (33+) is a new initiative for mid-career professionals (from age 33) in non-listed real estate who are ready to step up and stand out in their careers, while building their influence and confidence.
INREV ASPIRE (33+) supports those who have moved beyond the INREV Young Professionals offering, and would like to join a community of peers.

Inspired by the Training & Education Committee, this programme is all about:

S — Strengthen strategic thinking: Move beyond operational delivery to sharpen decision-making, long-term thinking, and strategic influence across organisations and investments.
P — Present with impact: Build confidence for executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to deliver impact in the office and onstage.
I — Innovate and drive change: Gain insight into industry trends, data, and technology to anticipate change and lead innovation within the non-listed real estate sector.

E — Expand professional networks: Connect with a highly engaged peer group and senior industry leaders, building relationships that support long-term career progression.
Programme structure - 2026
INREV ASPIRE (33+) offers a highly interactive experience across two touchpoints, each of which require mandatory attendance:

Participants will gain practical skills and knowledge across:
- Structural industry trends, data, and technology
- Career progression and leadership development
- Managing teams and senior stakeholders
- Transitioning from operational roles to strategic influence
- Becoming a panellist and presenting with confidence
- Pitching and negotiation techniques
Fee: €1100. The group dinner is included in the course fee. Participants must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
INREV Autumn Conference | 23–24 November 2026 | Copenhagen
Participation in the London course guarantees a personal seat at the INREV Autumn Conference (in addition to your company’s guaranteed corporate seat). There will be an exclusive INREV ASPIRE (33+) drinks reception, offering an opportunity to connect with peers ahead of the welcome dinner and conference.
No fee, but accommodation and travel are at the delegate’s expense.
