This year's conference will be moderated by Andrea Carpenter of Diversity Talks Real Estate. We are excited to open with our keynote speaker, Tina Fordham of Fordham Global Foresight, who will present on the impact of geopolitics and the US Elections on Europe.
Attendees can also look forward to a keynote presentation by Jahkini Bisselink, a youth expert from Whetston, on how to get the most out of the Gen Z demographic.
Other intriguing topics on the agenda include the effects of AI technology, the importance of biodiversity in the built environment, ‘Swiftonomics’ (the economic impact of Taylor Swift’s tours) and many more.

INREV membership is at a corporate level. To provide as many members as possible with the opportunity to attend the conference, INREV offers a limited number of seats per member company. INREV guarantees:
- 1 seat per non-investor member company
- 2 seats per investor or multi manager member
These seats are guaranteed until Friday, 4 October 2024. It is the member company’s responsibility to designate these guaranteed seats to specific member representatives. Additional interested representatives will be placed on the waiting list
Hotel accommodation - mandatory
The conference is free of charge for INREV members. However, we kindly ask you to cover the cost of your stay at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel upon check-out. A hotel room will be booked for all confirmed attendees for the night of 19 November. The contracted rate is €265 per night.
