Definition:
Actual waste generated. (based on third party waste collection reports or invoices) for the asset that is in tenants' control. A tenant controlled area is the one for which a single tenant has the greatest authority to introduce and implement operating policies and environmental policies, the tenant should be assumed to have operational control (ref: GRESB).
