This is calculated based on the amount of space for which actual and estimated data is provided divided by total supply area. Recommended unit of measure for data coverage is by area, investment managers may identify and report KPIs on value (AUM basis). Please also consider the availability of data for the period of time for which assets are owned by the vehicle (ref: GRESB).
