Definition:
Actual water consumption (based on consumption from smart/manual meter readings or invoices) for the asset that is in tenants' control. A tenant controlled area is the one for which a single tenant has the greatest authority to introduce and implement operating policies and environmental policies, the tenant should be assumed to have operational control (ref: GRESB).
If your unit of measure is "sqf" used for area, please use "gallon" for volume.
