Incidents of discrimination could include, subject to the relevant privacy regulations, reported work-related incidents of discrimination on the grounds of gender, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other relevant forms of discrimination involving internal and/or external stakeholders across operations in the reporting period that led to fines, penalties, and compensation for damages as a result of the incidents. This includes incidents of harassment as a specific form of discrimination. (ref: ESRS)
