Definition:
Actual electricity consumption for the proportion of portfolio that is in tenant’s control. Electricity is either purchased or acquired and can be produced from a variety of non-renewable energy sources (e.g. natural gas, coal etc.). The term 'actual' refers to electricity consumption that is not estimated.
