This data field is provided for comparison purposes and not a recommended KPI within the INREV Guidelines. Electricity consumption from off-site renewable sources that is in landlord's control. This refers to electricity generated off site and typically bought from an external energy supplier, from renewable sources such as solar photovoltaic, wind turbines, hydro turbines, geothermal turbines, biomass (Ref: EPRA).
