Staff costs
Costs incurred by the owner of an investment property for the staff required to manage the property. Staff costs may be covered by the property management fees. Staff costs required to run the day-to-day management and operations of a property may include payroll for the property manager, assistant property manager, and property engineer. It may happen that some vehicles have hired employees. Related staff costs should be allocated based on the activity of the employees.
